Celebrate with us in providing the area's best cross country race! | ||||||
| Mud Mountain, the 5K race that grows in popularity every year, not only promotes cross country running, it promotes Metro East businesses and attractions. | |||||||
| The annual event at Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville is held on a NCAA-certified collegiate course that is fun and challenging for experienced and first-time runners alike. | |||||||
| The race is hosted by the Edwardsville Cross Country and Track & Field Booster Club, with funds raised to support Edwardsville cross country and track & field teams at the high school and middle school levels. | |||||||
| We are asking for your support as a race sponsor. | |||||||
| You may choose to make a financial contribution, or to donate food, drinks or merchandise. Sponsor logos will be included on the Mud Mountain XIII T-shirts and other promotional materials sent out to publicize the event. | |||||||
| Last year, almost 500 runners participated in the race. This year, we anticipate even more runners. | |||||||
| In addition to funding cross-country programs, the Edwardsville Cross Country Booster Club has also made donations to Hurricane Katrina Relief, the American Cancer Society and the Edwardsville High School After-Prom Program. | |||||||
